Anne Callen is an Organizational Strategy expert for Korn Ferry’s Healthcare and Life Sciences practice areas.
Anne provides consulting to Korn Ferry clients focused on executing people strategies to drive business imperatives. She has deep expertise in areas such as Leadership Effectiveness, Strategic Workforce Planning, HR/Talent Acquisition/Talent Management Optimization, CEO/Senior Leader Succession and Organization Design. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Anne spent 20 years as a leader in HR functions in healthcare, banking and publishing.
Most recently, Anne was the Head of Talent Management for Advocate Aurora Health (a $12B, 75,000 employee health system) where she owned the responsibility for all talent strategies, including talent acquisition, talent review/succession management, goal setting, performance management, employee engagement, recognition, HR analytics and HRIS. All core responsibilities included a focus on DE&I, including increasing diverse representation in leadership and ensuring inclusivity in talent practices.
Anne’s background in organizational effectiveness and leadership development positioned her to serve as the North America lead on a global Talent Management design team for ABN AMRO. She started her career in consulting with a leading HR consulting firm.
Anne is the President of a non-profit business association focused on Talent Management Executives in Chicago and Board President for Reclaim13, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing healing for survivors of child sex trafficking. She is also a volunteer for Menttium, a cross-company mentoring organization, serving as a mentor to professional women across the United States.
Anne has a master’s degree in Psychology from Illinois State University as well as certificates in organizational development from Loyola University and DePaul University.
