Anna has +15 years of experience in helping individuals and companies become change-ready, resilient, experimental, and lean. She has worked with innovative processes both in large, multinational companies and in rapidly growing scaleups.

She has a background in the tech world and a successful track record in implementing the entrepreneurial skillsets of tech start-ups in large companies. Anna is a passionate and empathetic facilitator, who believes in people-centric processes both in trainings, management and in organizational design.

Anna's unique set of skills stems from a strong research background combined with years in the tech start-up world.

Anna graduated with a Masters in Philosophy and Educational Studies, before completing a PhD in History of Ideas in Lund University and Paris VII Diderot. She has training in Design Thinking and Scrum and is fluent in Swedish, Danish, English, Spanish and French.

Anna speaks five languages and has led educational projects in Latin America, MENA and Europe.
