In addition to his work in Life Sciences, Andreas is also actively involved with Professional Services and Non-profit/Non-governmental organizations.

He has extensive experience in recruiting senior professionals and international talents in various areas including General Management, Strategy, Governmental Affairs, Policy, Market Access, Marketing & Communication, Human Resources, BD&L, Commercial, Medical, R&D, TechOps, Quality, Manufacturing, Pre-clinical & Clinical Development, and C-level positions.

He leverages his robust professional network by collaborating with colleagues across borders and business lines to deliver optimal solutions for his clients. His focus countries include Switzerland, Germany, and Austria.

Before joining Korn Ferry in 2017, Andreas served as Partner Continental Europe at The RSA Group, a UK-based Life Science Boutique. His prior roles include Co-CEO of Mediatum AG and founding Managing Partner of its Austrian branch, as well as Consultant at the international Executive Search company Neumann Partners, based in Vienna.

Between 1999 and 2007, Andreas was General Manager for the largest private provider of training, personal development, and advisory services in Austria. Prior to this, he held the position of Director of Human Resources at Nedlloyd and Holiday Inn.

With over 30 years of international and seasoned experience in General Management and professional HR services, Andreas brings a wealth of knowledge to his roles. He graduated from the College of Tourism and successfully completed a Master’s program in General Management at the Management Academy of the University of Salzburg. Andreas is a native Austrian and is fluent in both German and English.
