For more than 13 years, Andreas has been successfully supporting and assisting leading global and mid-sized companies in the consulting, search, selection and appointment of executives and experts in Europe, as well as conducting management assessments. His focus is on the life science industry, universities and research institutes as well as various other industries.

He has conducted searches for international management positions in commercial, finance, medical, pre- & clinical R & D, TechOps, Quality, Manufacturing and C-Level Management roles in start-up companies.

Andreas has more than 25 years of international experience in General Management and Professional HR Services.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2017, Andreas Perklitsch was Partner for Continental Europe at the British executive search company RSA Group. Before that, he was, among other things, Founding and Managing Director and co-CEO of Mediatum as well as Consultant in an international executive search company.

Between 1999 and 2007, Andreas Perklitsch was Managing Director for one of the largest providers of training, personnel development and consulting services in Austria. Previously, he was Human Resources Manager at Nedlloyd and Holiday Inn.

Andreas Perklitsch completed the Tourism College of Bad Gleichenberg (Austria) as well as the master program for "General Management" at the University of Salzburg. Andreas has completed various additional training in human resources. He works in German and English and speaks some French.
