He is passionate about leveraging the power of big data and advanced analytics to design intelligent organizations and talent solutions and has successfully led design and implementation of large-scale HR and Talent initiatives for clients in multiple industries - Technology Services, Consumer Goods, Mining & Metals, Energy, Ports and Banking.

He has worked with diverse multi-cultural teams in India, Singapore, Indonesia, Mongolia, Hong Kong, Middle East, Europe and US.

Amit has held senior roles in the consulting practice and people analytics function at Accenture and IBM. Amit is a Postgraduate (MBA) from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and holds Bachelors in Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, Delhi.
