She has a natural ability to connect and build meaningful relationships with people in both her professional and personal world. This skillset is the center of Amber’s work as a Managing Consultant. She takes the time to listen to clients and learn their stories.

She finds joy in research, collaboration, and drawing from the expertise of others in the field to not only meet but exceed the needs of clients and candidates. Amber’s goal is to create a supportive and inclusive search process that allows for a lifelong partnership. Amber was born and raised in the Chicagoland area.

She left her roots in the Midwest to attend Florida International University where she earned a B.S. in Secondary Education and a M.S. in Higher Education Administration. Prior to serving as a Managing Consultant,  Amber worked professionally in higher education at Georgia Tech, University of Miami, Northwestern University, Keypath Education, and sailed on two Semester at Sea voyages. 

Her global experiences influence her career, and she is passionate about working with leaders from around the world. In her spare time, Amber enjoys exploring new cities with friends and family, staying active, and hiking with her dog, Jade. She is a Chicago Broadway season ticket holder who volunteers and mentors first generation college students as they navigate their collegiate experience and post graduate career search.
