Alicia brings more than 18 years of executive search and talent consulting experience working with clients across consumer goods, retail, travel, hospitality, and media & entertainment sectors.

Earlier in her career, Alicia was with Towers Perrin as compensation specialist in Singapore and Chicago and worked as Swiss Bank Corporation (SBC) as International HR leader based out of Zurich.

Alicia brings strong human capital consultancy background. She has conducted numerous senior executive search assignments at the regional and global levels and works closely with companies to build and develop diverse and high performing leadership teams.

She advises leading organizations to develop strategies that enables structural and behavioral inclusion.

She helps clients build diverse and inclusive leaders and support underrepresented talent with differentiated and effective developmental programs.

Alicia received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Northwestern University in Illinois, USA. She is a Non-Executive Independent Director of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited and an active member of the Young President Organization (YPO): Global Learning Committee, Global Taskforce of Champion Lifecycle, Singapore Chapter Chair.

Alicia also sits on the Advisory Board for Women’s Forum for the Economy & Society. She is also a frequent speaker on leadership, human capital strategy and diversity & inclusion.
