Alexandra has more than 15 years experience in Search working with clients from Fortune 500 corporations, private and family-owned companies, private equity firms and startups.

She has deep experience in Consumer, Retail, Technology Finance and Industrial sectors, among others.

Alexandra has a successful track record of leading searches spanning from C-Level, Directive and Manager roles within all functions of the company.

Prior to KF she held various positions in Spencer Stuart, Boyden International and was the founder of her own search firm.

She has participated as acting invite in ITESM Edo. Mexico’s  Business Faculty to give leadership and global market segmentation class.  She has also been part of Publications regarding Women impact. 

Alexandra has a Bachelor Degree in Law from Universidad Anahuac Norte in Mexico City and has several Diplomas in Corporate Legal Matters, Competency Assessments, IS0 9000  and Transparency Law and Regulations, she also established such TL Committee.

She is Bilingual & Bi-cultural, she lives in Mexico City.
