Senior Client Partner
Alex is based in Copenhagen and provides independent advice to clients and Remuneration Committees on Workforce topics, primarily in the Nordics and EMEA.
He specializes in workforce transformation at Board & Executive level and in driving Performance & Reward. His clients include both privately held, publicly listed and PE-backed businesses across all industries.
His expertise includes the design and delivery of the full suite of HR services, particularly Executive Pay & Governance, ESG & Pay Transparency, improving Performance & Reward, Global Mobility, job architecture and Career Frameworks, Talent Attraction, Talent Management, Leadership Development, HR Information Systems and People in Deals work (M&A, due diligence, IPO readiness, day-1 and related).
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Alex spent 10 years as a Partner with another global consulting firm advising multinational companies in Europe and the Nordics within Workforce, Performance, Reward, Governance, and M&A topics. Before this he held a role as head of Executive HR and Global Rewards at a Danish multinational conglomerate & Fortune 150 company.
He has taught university and MBA classes and published numerous articles within Rewards and Workforce topic. He is also certified in various coaching and assessment tools.
Born in Paris to a French and Spanish family and moving to Spain at an early age, Alex grew up tri-lingual with English, Spanish and French. After spending his teenage years in France and the U.S., Alex studied economics and then obtained a Master’s degree in International Business from Copenhagen Business School, calling Denmark home. He is now fluent in Danish.
