Alex Morton has more than 20 years of experience in helping organizations to implement strategy and elevate performance through coaching, executive assessment, top team development, and targeted talent management and culture change initiatives.
Mr. Morton brings unique perspective for helping leaders excel at leading transformation while simultaneously inspiring operating performance. His past roles include leading high-stakes change initiatives at Kimberly-Clark and multiple global manufacturing organizations. He has established and led enterprise Talent & Organizational. Development functions in public and portfolio companies.
Seasoned in a range of global industry experience, Mr. Morton has worked in or with top performing organizations across Financial Services, Private Equity, CPG/ Manufacturing, Hospitality, Life Science, Retail, and Energy. He has assessed and coached top functional leaders in Marketing & Sales, Finance & Risk, R&D, Engineering, Operations & Supply Chain, Legal & Compliance, and HR & Talent.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Morton worked for London-based leadership strategy firm Young Samuel Chambers, Ltd. (YSC) as Managing Consultant with focus on C-level assessment and executive coaching for Fortune 100 clients. His practice also included top-team effectiveness and bespoke leadership development engagements.
Mr. Morton earned his B.A. in Philosophy from Bates College in Lewiston, ME and maintains professional certification in multiple psychometric and upward/ 360-degree leadership assessments. In addition, he is a Six Sigma Greenbelt, a GE Change Acceleration Process Coach, and a facilitator of Business Process Mapping and Organizational Design methods.
