Since joining the Firm in 2009, Mr. Kokubun has been involved in executive search in the pharmaceutical, medical devices & diagnostics and life-sciences related sectors. He has helped recruit top tier talents in various functions ranging from Sales & Marketing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Accounting & Finance, and SCM/Operations.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Mr. Kokubun worked in a Fortune 500 Recruitment Company in Hong Kong, running its Japan Desk.

Mr. Kokubun earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering from University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. He has lived/worked in multiple countries including Hong Kong, Canada, and Australia.
