His clients include Pfizer, Aditya Birla Group, Permira, Kellogg, Gerdau, Renault Nissan, Holcim, UK Civil Service, Zydus Cadila, Partners Group, Vodafone, Tata Group.

Aditya conceptualised a solution to a culture of manufacturing excellence in an FDA audited firm by working with the Plant and Corporate leadership to create a culture of quality through shared KPIs, focus on strategic priorities, and shift in organizational climate.

He implemented a CEO's vision to select and develop the top 75 leaders within the organization to ensure business continuity and succession planning, through a yearlong strategic development journey, leading a team of consultants.

He is a core-team member of the "Leadership 5.0 "New work of leadership research. Aditya is a TEDx speaker, keynote presenter, and had a podium finish at the World Championship of Public Speaking in 2015 (Las Vegas) and a finalist in 2017 (Vancouver).

He conceptualizes customized blended leadership journeys for clients. These journeys have received multi-year extensions. He is the recipient of Rotary's "Young Achiever award.

Aditya is accredited in Korn Ferry's most important Intellectual Property. He is an engineer and holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB) specializing in Strategy and Marketing. Prior to 8 years with Korn Ferry, Aditya worked in Strategy for tech major Cognizant.
