A practitioner of strategic workforce planning with an analytical mind; Adam values pragmatic, evidence-based rational thinking. He is also action oriented, task focused and resourceful, with a strong track record of long-range planning and a willingness to challenge existing methods if he feels they are sub-optimal.

In his previous role, Adam led the Workforce Planning function for a large public sector organisation that funds world class scientific, technology and engineering research.  As Head of Strategic Workforce Planning Adam acted as a trusted advisor to the executive and senior leadership teams across the organisation, leading the design and implementation of workforce and talent demand planning frameworks with a particular focus on specialist STEM skills, that included capacity and capability analysis, future scenario modelling and resource planning. He also oversaw HR systems, data and workforce analytics. 

Prior to this, Adam spent 12 years in the talent acquisition space; starting life in an IT recruitment agency and then moving in-house, gaining domestic and international experience across the Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Petrochemical, Banking and Infrastructure sectors.
