As a Life Sciences Sector Leader, Adam Fiore is responsible for the growth and development of the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Sector within Korn Ferry’s Professional Search Life Sciences division.
Prior to joining the Korn Ferry team, Mr. Fiore spent 16 years as an award-winning executive search leader and Managing Partner at a boutique BioPharma recruitment firm based in the Greater Philadelphia Area.
Mr. Fiore brings extensive industry expertise in the Life Sciences market, with a specialization in Pharmaceuticals and Biotechnology, and a subspecialty in Clinical R&D. He has placed executives in various functional areas across a broad range of verticals that make up the Life Sciences industry.
Mr. Fiore excels at maximizing the efforts of business development, account management, and recruiting teams to successfully complete complex searches that exceed client expectations and build mutual trust and loyalty.
Mr. Fiore was awarded his Bachelors of Arts degree in English, with Honors, from Rutgers University-Camden.
