NA Activation Manager, Chief Executive Development & Assessment

As the North America Activation Manager Ms. Kingsley applies operational excellence and project management methodology to oversee end-to-end practice initiatives and support. 

Abby currently manages the North America CEO Succession and Assessment, and Chief Enterprise Development (CED) practices. These practices include the work of CEO Succession and Assessment, Executive to Leader Institutes (ELI), Chief Executive Institutes (CEI), LeaderSuccession (LS) programs and custom C-Suite solution engagements.

Abby drives for process development and improvement, and flawless delivery across the practice, while remaining forward looking to innovative solutions for clients and Korn Ferry. Abby exceeds expectations by thinking critically, empowering others to make effective decisions, increasing efficiency, maintaining quality, turning new ideas into actionable items, and building trusted relationships with business partners and clients.

Abby offers over 10 years of experience in managing project scope, controlling budgets, and seamlessly delivering client facing solutions. She is sought out for her high attention to detail, strong execution, exceptional customer service and professionalism. Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2017, she provided project management support at United Health Group, Thomson Reuters and Target Corporate.
