In over 20 years as a business advisor she has worked extensively with financial services, retail, manufacturing, and public sector organizations to design and implement solutions that build engagement, drive performance, and optimize organizational effectiveness.

Her exposure to a wide range of organizations, business issues, and diverse solutions drives an informed and innovative perspective on emerging client needs. Ms. Bosch is recognized for her ability to understand underlying issues and develop creative, integrated solutions.

Ms. Bosch’s leads Korn Ferry’s Work Measurement practice for North America. She is a steward of our world class job evaluation tooling, standards and solutions, and is recognized as a global thought leader in talent and pay strategies that address work and workforce changes.

Ms Bosch combines expertise across the talent management continuum with specialized depth in organization design, workforce planning, career mobility, reward strategy, and  performance management. She specializes in the design of frameworks and strategies that combine a focus on work and talent to enable workforce and digital transformation.

Ms. Bosch holds a bachelor of commerce (honours) in international business, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in the UK.
