She is passionate about her craft and challenges her team to constantly think "outside the box". Striving for excellence is the norm and providing the absolute best customer experience is top priority. 

Kat started her career in technology consulting in 2011, with a leading advisory firm. She quickly worked her way from Associate in Delivery and Sales, to Senior Principal and then Management.

Kat has been building and leading high-performing sales teams for the last decade, all while becoming an interim technology subject matter expert. 

Additionally, Kat has taken on additional roles within the firm, including the development and administering of our companywide sales training program and sales certification process. 

Kat is a Native Texan and has her BBA with a focus in Business Management and real estate from Baylor University. 

She has also completed Performance Leadership and Organizational Leadership certification programs through Cornell University. 

She is an active member of Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), DFW Alliance of Technology and Women (DFW ATW), Human Rights Campaign (HRC), and Dallas Resource Center.
