Delivering Agile Projects with Scrum is designed to spend 25% of the time on “What” and “Why” behind the Scrum Agile Framework and 75% on “HOW” you can actually start using it on your team tomorrow. If you’re interested in learning real world techniques used by successful organizations then this course is for you. The facilitator will walk you through an end-to-end Scrum project life cycle from Release Planning all the way to Production Release using a sample project.

- Plan your release and build a backlog.
- Identify and write good stories.
- Prioritize and size stories.
- Implement and carry out Sprint 0, Sprint Planning and task estimating and Sprint Review and retrospective.
