Wolfgang held both operating, consulting and leadership advisory and search roles in his career and approaches his leadership and advisory work from multiple experience angles.

Based in Boston, Wolfgang specializes in technology-enabled business transformation and advises C-suite executives and management teams across industries on technology and digital transformation, organization and enablement.

His search work is focused on C-Suite and Board positions in the tech/ digital space. Enhancing digital and technology literacy of board, C-Suite and the larger organization is one of his passions.

He works across industries in his pursuit of elevating technology/ digital in organizations. His focus areas are within the Healthcare and Private Equity sectors.

Wolfgang is a frequent speaker and panel moderator at Technology conferences. He has built a number of Top Tech Officer circles.

His work spans the globe. Originally from Germany, he has lived and worked in France, Japan, Russia and the US and has a knack of bringing different cultures together.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Wolfgang worked as a Managing Partner at another Executive Search firm. Before that he was with The Boston Consulting Group, where he served as Partner and Managing Director of the Digital Transformation Practice. Prior to that, Wolfgang was Partner in the Strategic Technology and Operations Practice at Oliver Wyman in Boston and New York. Earlier in his career, he held various leadership roles at McKinsey & Co., Kabel Baden-Württemberg and Accenture.

Wolfgang received his M.Sc. degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Munich.and his B.Sc. From Bayreuth University.
