Mr. Howells focuses on the Agribusiness, Chemicals & Materials sectors.  He is currently based in Korn Ferry's Minneapolis office.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Mr. Howells spent 6 years at Cargill Inc., one of the largest privately held companies in the world with over 150,000 employees across 70 countries and annual revenues over $100 billion.  At Cargill, Tyler was a Talent Acquisition Leader and HR Business Partner supporting several global business units. His recruitment and talent succession & development experience often included multi-function, sector, and multi-region initiatives across Cargill's Supply Chain, Commercial, Human Resources, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Food Ingredients, and Animal Nutrition areas of business.  He also played a critical role in implementing the current talent sourcing philosophy at Cargill and helped to build that capability across the matrixed Cargill landscape. 

Prior to his professional career, Mr. Howells played professional Ice Hockey in the German Bundesliga and the English Premier Ice Hockey League for the Belfast Giants after winning a National Championship at Michigan State University.

Mr. Howells holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agribusiness from Michigan State University.
