Mr. Tiago Pessoa has also more than 7 years of experience in strategic management consulting, with special emphasis on leadership and change management, valuation and compensation models, executive assessments, board evaluations, corporate governance, organizational strategy and design.

Mr. Tiago Pessoa is experienced in leading different companies and organizations, both in the private and public sectors, as well as his recent experience as a founder and entrepreneur of several start-ups. He also worked with clients in venture capital funds, where he led a Fund Investment Committee, and participated in different Fund Advisory Boards in addition to his active role as a Start-up mentor.

Mr. Tiago Pessoa joined Korn Ferry Lisbon as Associate Client Partner to help clients to develop new talent management approaches and build high performance teams to be prepared to face new management challenges. 

He is focused on helping clients from the following sectors: Consumer Foods & Retail; Public Sector; Financial Services / Private Equity / Venture Capital; Healthcare & Pharma; adding value in transformational projects in the areas like ESG & Sustainability, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Assessment & Succession, People Strategy & Performance and Organizational Strategy.

Mr. Tiago Pessoa has a degree in Business Management. He holds a Master's Degree in Marketing and completed the curricular part of the PhD in Management at the Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão (ISEG), with a special focus on topics related to Behavioral Finance. More recently, he completed the XIV Executive MBA in a joint AESE/IESE Business School diploma. He also has intensive training in Digital Transformation & Big Data, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Private Equity & VC markets at IESE in New York and Laboratory in Entrepreneurial Motivation at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in Ahmedabad.

He is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
