Tarun Inuganti is a Senior Client Partner and Global Managing Partner responsible for Korn Ferry's Global Technology Officers Practice across North America, EMEA, Asia Pacific and Latin America. This practice is responsible for all functional technology leadership roles across industries.
In addition, Tarun also is concurrently the North American Managing Partner for Korn Ferry’s Technology Markets focused on executive search. Tarun is based in the Bay Area.
With over 20 years of executive search experience, Tarun most recently spent three years in London leading Spencer Stuart's Global Technology Officers Practice for EMEA. Previously, he spent over 15 years in California with Spencer Stuart as a key founder of their North American Technology Officers Practice. His body of work covers fast moving technology companies; well established global brands and portfolio companies of leading private equity entities. His recent clients have included: McKinsey, Sequoia Capital; Shell, Boston Consulting Group, Facebook, Phillip Morris International, LAM Research and The Walt Disney Company, among others.
With global experience developed from working and living globally, Tarun brings a deep passion appreciation for the key leadership skill sets that help organizations develop and recruit transformational technology talent. Tarun is a recognized expert in helping companies with their talent assessment and leadership needs in data & analytics, product, engineering, information technology, digital transformation, and engineering.
Prior to entering the executive search industry, Tarun was a successful entrepreneur having seen three distinct companies through their founding and eventual exit. He leverages this entrepreneurial mindset to help organizations explore creative solutions for their leadership needs.
Tarun holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Madras and an MBA in international business from The Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
