As a Global Account Leader, she brings the full capabilities of Korn Ferry to clients to better align people and business strategy, particularly through change and transformation programmes.

Tanya joined Korn Ferry from Mercer where she was a Partner and Global Client Manager, working with FTSE100 clients on people-related M&A, strategic workforce planning and reward and benefits programmes. Prior to this, Tanya was a Director at PwC for 17 years. Initially working with UK FTSE100 and Fortune100 European inbounds specialising in people aspects of M&A and funding solutions for retirement liabilities, she subsequently worked with clients delivering broad HR Consulting services including HR Management, Reward and Mobility programmes.

Later, she helped establish the firms key client management practice, working with clients on broader corporate Advisory projects including Markets Assessment and Regulatory driven programmes, working across

Ms. Viscovich holds a BA Honours degree in Ancient and Medieval History from Birmingham University.

She is fluent in Italian.
