With nearly 30 years experience in Korn Ferry, Stephen has a track record of bringing high-impact, data-driven, innovative solutions to market, driving client value and operational efficiency at scale.

Stephen is both conceptual and highly analytical, can solve complex problems and deliver deep insights.  He is an excellent communicator able to bridge the divide between strategic direction and a technical solution. He is highly pragmatic and able to de-fuse complex situations

Stephen has had roles covering IP development (and is one of our global experts in this field), product management, and consulting, as well as roles with a mix of technical, commercial and operational focus. 

He played a key role in the architecting and development of Korn Ferry’s Enterprise Success Framework (Accountability, Capability, Identity), which connects our entire suite of IP across organizations, teams, and individuals; covering work measurement, job design, job evaluation, pay, and our assessment and development tools.

Stephen managed our Success Profile library, growing it from 600 to what is now well over 10,000 profiles. He has designed many of Korn Ferry’s proprietary algorithms.

He managed an extensive portfolio of assessment tools and led major redevelopments (including client transitions) of our most valuable products including KF360 and Styles and Climate.

Stephen has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Business Studies from the University of London, played volleyball at national level and is a keen cyclist, having represented his country at the Amateur World Cycling championships.
