Ms. Davis brings over twenty years of leadership consulting experience, with a strong focus on CEO and board succession engagement and executive searches. She has extensive experience with both public and private equity leadership transitions.

Before Korn Ferry, Ms. Davis was with a global executive search and consulting firm where she was a founder of the Business/Technology Services practice and worked extensively on CEO, president and board engagements across the technology spectrum. She also served as a core member of the CEO & Board Practice and led the Software practice previously. Ms. Davis has particularly strong relationships with private equity firms that seek her CEO and leadership expertise in the technology, SaaS and business services sectors.

Prior to entering the executive search profession, Ms. Davis was a software executive, leading the international growth of an educational software company. Prior to that, she was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, and earlier in her career, she was in corporate finance and capital markets at Prudential Investment Corporation.

She is a member of the board of directors at Athenex (NASDAQ:ATNX) and Software Acquisition Group (NASDAQ:SAQN). She is a frequent speaker on board governance and recruiting trends.

Ms. Davis earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and Bachelor of Science in Engineering, cum laude, from Princeton University.
