Senior Client Partner

Sözen Leimon is a Senior Client Partner and EMEA Head of Organisation Strategy based in Korn Ferry’s London office.

She has over 25 years’ experience advising clients on strategy, organisation, people, culture and change. Ms. Leimon combines breadth of industry experience and an understanding of innovative organisation models with a practical ability to drive executive alignment. She has significant experience working at board level and with executive teams in FTSE 100 and 250 companies developing and getting alignment to their organisational strategy.

Her recent work includes leading the re-design of a global on-line payments organisation with revenues exceeding $13bn to support their radical new customer strategy.  She has held senior global HR and Talent account management positions working with some of the largest banking and financial services organisations.

Building on her passion for developing executive teams, Ms. Leimon has frequently coached top executives, including delivering executive development programmes.

Ms. Leimon has held previous roles as a partner at Deloitte and Accenture (Human Capital practices), leading large organisation design, performance improvement and transformation programmes, and was a founder of Maxxim Consulting, which focused on the role and purpose of the corporate centre, corporate management and governance. She has co-written articles on ‘The Role of the Corporate Centre’, ‘Corporate Centres in a Recession’ and ‘The Role of Finance’.

Ms. Leimon holds degree in Management Sciences from Manchester University.
