Sinosh Panicker comes with over 12 years of experience in the executive search industry out of which he spent close to a decade at Heidrick Struggles. Over the last two years, he was a Partner at a boutique search firm, Hunt Partners, where he built their digital and telecom practices from grounds up. During this period, he worked with some marquee well funded and fast growing startups to build their leadership teams across business and functional leadership roles.

Sinosh started his executive search career at Heidrick Struggles as an associate and helped build the convergence practice through excellence in search process delivery including strategy and execution. He grew through the ranks to become the practice leader for Telecom in India and advised clients across the ecosystem operators, OEM's, Infrastructure, VAS, and Software etc.

Prior to executive search, he worked for Kelly Services India Pvt Ltd, a fortune 500 company, and was responsible for managing retained turnkey assignments. He is a cricket fanatic and has represented Mumbai under 19 University, West Zone and has been part of Mumbai Ranji Trophy probable squad.

Sinosh has a bachelor's degree in commerce and has accomplished his master's degree in business administration from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management, specializing in human resource management.
