Simon works with clients across the full spectrum of the Defence and Security markets building out senior leadership teams, specific functional and technical leads, conducting searches for CEO, COO, Heads of Defence, Intelligence and research as well as major program leads and Partners in the UK and ME. Clients include ‘Primes’, private equity backed innovators and global consulting firms, across Land, Sea, Air, C6, Autonomy, Robotics and Space domains.

Prior to joining the firm Simon led a leading boutique search firm specialising in Defence and Cyber Security, and previously spent seventeen years in global Investment Banking Executive Search.

Simon served in the British Army with the Queens Royal Lancers and actively supports a number of pro bono military initiatives.  He is a mentor to Senior Officers (1-4 Stars) leaving the military as part of the CTP and is Chairman of the Royal Armoured Corps Alumni.  He is also trustee of the Official Charity of the Professional Rugby Players Association.
 
Simon is a graduate of The Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst and is an ICF accredited Executive and Leadership Coach.
