Shweta brings 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Of this, she has spent 15 years in leading search practices in Lifesciences and Consumer domain for renowned search firms. She has also worked in a Corporate TA role heading Talent Acquisition COE for APAC region for DSM –a Dutch Conglomerate (having active interests in Nutrition, Food Ingredients, Animal and Human Health and materials field).
At Korn Ferry India, Shweta leads the Professional Search business for Lifesciences and Healthcare vertical anchoring client relationships and engagements across Pharmaceutical , Medtech and Healthcare services.
With a strong background as a talent acquisition specialist, Shweta has led and supported full life-cycle search for leading organizations; delivering strong impact to their bottom line with top-of-the-line sourcing, assessments, behavioral interviews and selection recommendations. She has helped organizations find top talents for business and functional roles including technical and highly specific positions across most industry domains. She particularly brings a deep understanding of Medical Devices, Medical Equipment and Pharma sector.
Shweta has extensively worked with Multinational Corporations in their startup phase as well as established players (MNC’s and Indian Houses) on cross pollination of talent from diverse industries.
Her expertise includes working across commercial and technical roles such as Regulatory, Medical affairs, R&D, Market Access, Quality, Government Affairs and Legal to name a few. She also has a strong grip on hiring leadership talent for enabling functions.
