Scott has a passion in the technology space, and he thrives in helping clients solve problems and finding the right resources to create value for their transformative efforts.

Scott began his career at Lockheed Martin in an early career leadership development program, holding a variety of roles in HR, operations, and finance, and he served in the Space Systems division for almost a decade. 

Scott joins Korn Ferry from an industry leading professional services firm, where he spent the last decade in the interim and project consulting space.  Scott held many roles of increasing responsibility throughout his 10 years at his prior firm, most recently leading the West region along with the North America technology practice. 

Scott is passionate about building high performing sales and GTM teams, having led large teams through internal transformation while maintaining excellence in client service and delivery.

Scott has a B.S. in Business Administration from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Santa Clara University.  Scott has also completed executive level leadership courses/certifications through Yale University. 

He serves on the Board of Directors for Sacred Heart Nativity School, a non-profit focused on breaking the cycle of poverty through education. Scott and team have been active members of FEI, ACG, and other local chapters of IIA.

Scott lives in San Jose, CA, with his wife and three young children.
