Mr. MacRae leads a multi-country team focused on delivering talent solutions across our key markets: Energy/Mining, Chemicals/Agribusiness, Infrastructure, Diversified Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defence, Automotive & Mobility, Transport & Logistics.

MacRae brings over 17 years experience in executive search and talent solutions  within the Industrial markets both in Europe and latterly the US. He has built up an excellent network and enviable track record in delivering high quality results across geographies and across functions.

He joins Korn Ferry from a Boutique Executive Search firm,  where he spent 13 years growing the industrial division from start up to a global operation. Leaving the company with 9 offices in Europe and 3 in the US, building long term partnerships with some of the most respected Industrial multinational organisations .

Scott studied Business Studies  at Robert Gordon University and spent his early career with Citi developing through the management trainee program.
