Ryan believes that career and professional development are the foundations for unlocking a person’s potential for flourishing in all areas of life (social, emotional, financial, spiritual, etc.).

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ryan served as a career coach to business school clients and was also an adjunct faculty member and lecturer on professional development topics.

Ryan’s other professional experiences include performing finance, tax and accounting functions for a Fortune 50 company, and working in various educational non-profits as a career coach.

Ryan holds an M.S. in Counseling with a Career Specialization from San Francisco State University and a B.S. in Finance from Bentley University. He is a Certified Career Counselor through the National Career Development Association (NCDA) and is in the process pursuing his coaching credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
