Prior to joining Korn Ferry, RJ served as the Chief Executive Officer of a consumer and retail company and was a sales leader at Deloitte where he led Deloitte’s New England’s business development Private Company practice working with consumer & retail clients.

Prior to Deloitte, RJ was Ernst & Young’s Business Development Leader for their East Central region and led Ernst & Young’s New England business development team.

Throughout his career, RJ has worked with organizations to establish business strategies that drive growth in top-line revenues.

RJ has demonstrated the ability to build and lead strong teams, consistently delivering sustainable results. His success includes establishing and cultivating executive relationships and business opportunities spanning diverse industries, global markets and service lines.

RJ serves clients in a variety of consumer sectors including ABInBev, Kraft Heinz, P&G, LVMH & Unilever.

RJ is a graduate of Tabor Academy and holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Hobart College and a master’s degree in management & entrepreneurial studies from the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University.
