Ms. Glasman has 20 years of executive search and advisory experience, during which she has leveraged her industry and analytical expertise to deliver holistic human capital and leadership solutions to clients across Global Banking and Markets, Consumer and Commercial Finance, Wealth and Investment Management, Alternatives, and Private Equity.
Most recently, she was a Managing Director in the Global Financial Services practice at a leading global executive search firm, where she also co-led the Diversity and Inclusion practice. Previously, Ms. Glasman held roles of increasing responsibility within the search industry. Earlier in her career she served as a vice president at Deutsche Bank.
Ms. Glasman holds a bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Princeton University and a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Columbia University, where she also served as a Faculty Fellow. She serves on the board of The Center for Jewish Life at Princeton University, and on the Women's Alumnae Leadership Council at Columbia University.
