Rebecca Huggins is a leader in our (PMO)  project management office center of excellence and program manager for enterprise initiatives. 

In her current role, Ms. Huggins manages the implementation of complex enterprise programs including business operations software, process frameworks and employee engagement.

Prior to becoming a leader, she managed a team of project management professionals to achieve project objectives and unleash individual potential. She managed a global business transformation initiative during her work in the financial services industry.

During her tenure at the firm, she has worked with clients to solve business needs, design custom solutions, implement, and manage numerous Korn Ferry offerings.

Ms. Huggins joined Korn Ferry in 2016 brining significant experience in program management to the Firm. As a program manager her experience includes managing the delivery of all aspects of the project life cycle – initiating, planning, design, execution/development, quality assurance, implementation and closing. Her specialties include custom global enterprise eLearning, custom platform design and development, diversity and inclusion projects, assessments and leadership development for large sized businesses.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Huggins has held project management positions at State Street as well as Korn Ferry.
