Raf has over twenty-five years of international HR experience and has worked in different industries. Proven track record of total rewards and international mobility management. Substantial experience working at Executive level.

He started his career with Deloitte, advising multinationals on personal income tax matters, expatriate compensation, optimization of remuneration and other reward issues. In 2001, he moved into HR Operations and worked at Johnson Controls as Senior HR Analyst, Europe and Manager International Mobility at AB InBev.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Raf worked for over 13 years as Head of Compensation & Benefits EMEA at Radisson Hotel Group, focusing on total rewards, performance management and international mobility.

Stimulated by being part of an international team working across different geographies and cultures.

He holds a Master degree in Commercial Sciences with specialization in Taxes from EHSAL in Brussels, Belgium.

Raf is a native Dutch speaker, is fluent in English and has good knowledge of French.
