Mr. Pichitchaichan covers a wide range of services from strategy to execution including corporate strategy and roadmap, organisation transformation and change management, business process improvement (Six sigma black belt certified), value chain/KPI alignment and cascading, people/HR strategic roadmap and plan, organisation design and strategic workforce planning, organisation diagnostic and benchmarking, cultural transformation, performance management and coaching, as well as learning & development.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Pichitchaichan acquired professional experience in the private sector, including at Keystone Management and Spansion (Thailand), and at other consulting firms.

Mr. Pichitchaichan received his master's Degree in management from College of Management Mahidol University. He received his bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi.
