Within these markets, he has undertaken a wide range of global search and advisory assignments working with the leading firms across the sector.

Prior to joining the Firm, Paul was managing partner of the UK Industrial practice of another leading search firm.

Previously, Paul worked at Deloitte & Touche and Arthur Andersen, where he was a cross-industry auditor before joining their energy & utilities group as industry development manager.

During this time, he worked between London and Houston and managed the global energy & utilities knowledge management, marketing, PR, business development and account management teams in the UK, European and global energy practices. 

Paul is also Chair of the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants, the professional association for consultants who represent exemplary standards in executive search and leadership advisory worldwide.

Paul holds a bachelor of science degree in Psychology from the University of Manchester, specialising in organizational and social psychology.
