With nearly 30 years of experience in human resources and talent consulting in Latin America, Pablo works with large local, regional and multinational organizations to hire, retain and engage the right talent to drive business results.

Throughout his career Pablo has successfully designed and led strategic projects to support his clients in their business growth and / or transformation, including c-level talent acquisition, mergers & acquisitions, total rewards as well as talent and change management.

In addition to his work with publicly-traded and state-owned companies, Pablo also has a strong track record with family businesses thanks to his keen awareness of their specificities and desire to understand their innately unique ways of operating.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Pablo was a partner with a local boutique Executive Search firm where he helped clients in the finance, logistics and consumer goods sectors to recruit senior executives for top management and board positions.

Pablo is a member of the Advisory Board of the Fundación Forge, a non-profit organization supporting low-income Latin American youth to access quality, stable employment, and was previously its Director of Strategic Alliances and Human Capital.

A qualified lawyer, Pablo graduated from the University of Buenos Aires and further trained in American Law at the University of Berkeley, California. He has completed a Management Development Program at the IAE Business School at the Austral University and a post-graduate course in Human Resources at IDEA in Argentina.

He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
