Mr. Veldhuis has extensive expertise in managing organizational design and transformation programs with a strong business focus. His functional expertise also encompasses work and career architecture, strategic workforce planning, and performance management.

With over 15 years of experience, Mr. Veldhuis has successfully served clients across various industries and countries.

Since 2020, he has been responsible for leading the civil aviation sector in the Netherlands, collaborating with airlines, airports, and aviation service companies. He manages multiple key accounts and plays a pivotal role in our global team serving this sector.

Mr. Veldhuis is recognized for his analytical strength, exceptional project management abilities, and adept stakeholder management skills.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Veldhuis held various international roles in management consulting and HR, specializing in process design, organizational effectiveness and design, change management, and talent management.

Mr. Veldhuis earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Strategy, Organization & Innovation) from VU University Amsterdam.

He is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt trained and certified as a PRINCE2 Practitioner and ITIL Practitioner.

He is fluent in both English and Dutch.
