Since starting her career in executive search in London in 2003, Nina has partnered with Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Investment Banks and Trading Houses across Europe, the US and Asia Pacific. She has an extensive track record recruiting investing, trading, asset raising, solutions, structuring, research, origination, financing and senior leadership roles.

Nina brings a wealth of experience to Korn Ferry having spent fifteen years at a leading financial services boutique where she was a partner, heading the firm’s global asset management practice, based out of London.

Prior to this she spent two years leading the firm’s New York office and previously seven years in Hong Kong where she built and managed the company’s Asia business across Hong Kong and Singapore.

Nina read History and German at King’s College, University of London. 

She is an active member of 100 Women in Finance, a keen supporter of The Guildhall School of Music and Drama and a published travel writer.
