Nicole has 20+ years of global banking experience and  leverages her extensive background in Financial Services to advise clients on business and organizational strategies, growth, operating model design, digital transformation, corporate leadership development, diversity, equity & inclusion and sustainability topics.

Nicole joins Korn Ferry from UBS, where she held various leadership positions in Group Human Resources, Global UHNW and Global Family Office as well as Strategic Marketing and Segments in New York, London and Zurich.

In her role as Deputy Head Group Diversity and Head Diversity Europe Nicole worked closely with senior stakeholders to develop and implement inclusive leadership development solutions.

Nicole also worked at UBS`s Global Family Office in London where she coordinated deal teams between Wealth Management and Investment Banking to facilitate the development and delivery of tailor-made solutions to family office clients.

She was the Co-Head of Marketing for Julius Baer where she was responsible for the rebranding of the firm and worked in a variety of functions at Deutsche Bank in New York, Amsterdam and Frankfurt.

Nicole holds an MBA from IMD Lausanne and a MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from CSPP, San Diego with further executive education degrees from MIT Sloan School of Management and Yale School of Management. Nicole is fluent in German and English.
