With nearly three decades of market experience serving clients in the talent management space, Navnit has built a successful practice advising companies on CEO appointments and C-level team composition across multiple functional disciplines of both established and emerging technology companies in the software, hardware, Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES) and professional services sectors.

His experience also extends to human resources, administration and facilities management, IT, legal, compliance, corporate communications and managing large firms.

Before joining Korn/Ferry, Navnit was with another executive search firm. He was managing partner of the global technology & services practice for the Asia Pacific and a member of the international chief human resources officer practice.

Prior to executive search, Mr. Singh worked in India and New York in senior executive positions in human resources for companies such as HSBC Investment Banking, Ranbaxy, Modi Olivetti, Modi Corp and Punj Lloyd. He also founded his own company in the HR consulting and search industry. 

Mr. Singh holds a bachelor of arts degree with an honors in economics and a post-graduate degree in personnel management and industrial relations.
