She brings more than 15 years of regional and cross industry experience. Her focus is to help clients find solutions for their organizational challenges, improving governance and talent management in strategic positions for organizations, applying knowledge and experience in business and management aspects.

She has conducted executive search engagements locally, regionally and globally, with a strong focus on C-Level and Board positions.

Throughout her career Nathália has worked with local, national and multinational clients to achieve their strategic objectives including organizational transformations, cultural change and business growth.

Nathália holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and an Executive MBA at ESE Business School. She also serves in different Boards.

She speaks fluently Spanish, Portuguese and English.
