Monte has responsibility for leading an extraordinarily talented Chicago team and works directly with clients to help them realize success. As a CPA and former business owner, he helps Patina’s clients by applying his business experiences to create bespoke solutions. Monte is most passionate about exceeding his clients’ expectations and using his deep network to help connect people.

Before Patina, Monte held leadership roles at a financial professional services company where he coached and mentored the Wisconsin sales team, as well as helped build brand awareness and client relationships. He has also lived and worked abroad as a Senior Director of Client Services at an international consulting firm where he supported his clients’ finance and accounting initiatives.

Monte has a B.S. in Accounting from Illinois State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is also a board member for Mid-Iowa Grain Inspection, a subsidiary of Switzerland based SGS SA. Additionally, he serves as an executive board member for the local council of Boy Scouts of America.
