Senior Client Partner, Global Solutions Leader in Strategy Execution & Organization Design
Mitali Bose is based out of Korn Ferry's New York Office as Senior Client Partner and Global Solutions Leader in Strategy Execution and Organization Design. She is a leader in the Strategy Execution organization and partners with clients on transformation and growth mandates.
As Vice President Consulting, Ms. Bose led the Organization and Workforce Design Expertise for North America. Before that, she led the BEO (Building Effective Organizations) Practice for the emerging markets including Asia, Pacific, Africa and ME, Eastern Europe and LatAm.
She works with organizations with a special focus on helping them create internal readiness for growth and sustainable execution of their strategic intent. Ms. Bose works with clients to align their strategic agenda - this includes clarifying and articulating strategic intent, designing organization structures, designing and implementing organization effectiveness and Top team/ leadership interventions.
Ms. Bose's specialization is Organization Transformation, Organization & Workforce Development, and Culture Transformation.
Ms. Bose has worked extensively with clients across sectors with expertise in Organization Effectiveness, Culture Transformation, and Leadership Development. Over the last fifteen years she has been involved in several business transformation projects. She works with clients to help them reorganize their business to achieve strategic priorities, create sustainable platforms for growth and optimization and developing leadership capability in both individuals and teams. She has worked extensively with leaders across businesses to help them identify their leadership potential and deliver value through their leadership.
She works with clients on large scale organization change/ transformation projects. These are integrated engagements aimed at creating organization readiness for growth - not only in terms of business goals, operating model, structures, processes and systems but also in terms of people readiness and leadership ability.
Ms. Bose is an MBA (Management Graduate) from the XLRI School of Management (one of the top management institutes in Asia) and a Graduate with Honors in Economics from St. Xavier's College, Calcutta University. She has advanced degree from Columbia Business School, NY on Leveraging Neuroscience to Power Organizational and Individual Performance.
