Before joining Korn Ferry, Mindy worked as a Commercial Real Estate Specialist at a leading firm. She dedicated a significant portion of her time advising international clients before making a transition to an executive search role at a startup.

Mindy earned her Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Mississippi. She is multilingual, proficient in English, Lithuanian, and Russian. Outside of work, Mindy channels her passion for fashion and cooking.
