He is an established leader in organizational change and innovation, having spent over 20 years developing tools and practices to drive breakthrough product and operational solutions leveraging the power of diversity and inclusion. Mike is also a skilled coach and has led teams through design and development processes to produce, experiment, and validate new ideas.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mike ran innovation at a financial technology services firm where he led organizational transformations, focusing on product delivery, client experience and the future of work.
Mike has a bachelor’s degree in music production and engineering from Berklee College.
