Mr. Annovazzi's expertise lies across different areas from strategy clarification, to organizational design, performance management, and project management. His full breadth of competencies is particularly helpful for a complete understanding of clients' needs during change phases such as during and after mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and reorganization activities.

Mr. Annovazzi has a bachelor's of art degree in engineering at Politecnico di Milano with a specialization in business management.

He has worked in management consultancy firms in Italy for 18 years, including Value Partners Group Management consulting as an engagement manger for large projects.
