Senior Client Partner, Organisational Strategy
Michael is a Senior Client Partner based in Ireland. He has over 27 years’ experience in organisational strategy, behaviour, organisational development, change management, culture and talent succession. He delivers results for clients through a focus on collaboration, innovation, motivation and engagement.
Michael brings cross-sector experience to his role, having worked with government departments, Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Tourism, Telecoms, IT, Health and Life Sciences clients. His background is based in business and translation, where he managed and delivered global transformation programmes and change management engagements in English, French and Spanish.
Michael recently led a culture transformation programme for a European Life Sciences publisher, moving 70% of the global business from paper books and journals to on-line content and e-published journals.
Separately, Michael delivered an organisational design project across Ireland, Europe and USA for one of Ireland’s largest pharmaceutical distribution companies. He worked with board members and directors, helping them to mentor new leaders of the acquired businesses as they integrated into the new business model.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Michael led the People & Change Consulting team in the Republic of Ireland for Grant Thornton, having previously worked with PwC in the Middle East and UK.
Michael holds a BA (Hons) degree in Business and Translation for French and Spanish, having certified as a translator in 1995. He is accredited to administer and interpret a range of psychometric and 360 Degree Feedback tools.
