Mike works across industry, supporting clients in operating model implementation, organisational design, development and performance.

He works with senior teams to deliver programmes aimed at realising strategy. He has built a strong track record of helping clients unlock the potential of their workforce – delivering measurable results across the organisation, its people and culture.

He has specialised in regulated industries (e.g. energy, nuclear and utilities). He previously worked on workforce modernisation in the public sector, leading our UK Education practice.

Mike has delivered significant outcomes for clients, including aligning the organisation to strategic change including cost reduction, regulatory change and growth.

In ten years at Korn Ferry, Mike has led and delivered major transformation. He has both project managed and delivered large change programmes coordinating multiple teams across several workstreams. 

As well as business change, he has deep expertise in performance and reward strategy, OD, workforce planning, talent management and diversity.

He has led projects combining organisational review, restructuring, assessment and selection, change management and talent. He partners with and develops client teams to ensure successful implementation and sustained success.

He has experience of challenging and delivering for senior teams to address organisational challenges and develop effective, practical solutions.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2007, Mike spent 3 years working in Higher Education providing consultancy to a number of international projects and initiatives. Mike holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Management Studies from Manchester University and an LLM Masters Degree in Law from Newcastle Law School.
